This warranty applies only to the original owner and is valid when the product is purchased directly from the manufacturer or through an authorized reseller. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including fabric for five (5) years, hardware for two (2) years, plug-in (AC) motors for five (5) years, and rechargeable (DC) motors for two (2) years. Any shades or hardware found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, such as leaving the shade down in high winds or exposing it to flames, nor does it cover damage caused by improper installation, including installation on unstable surfaces or use of screws shorter than those provided by the manufacturer. Additionally, fading of fabric or hardware due to UV exposure is not covered. Any alterations to the shade, such as cutting the fabric or modifying the clutch assembly, will void the warranty.

What’s Not Covered
–Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or improper installation.
–Damage from salty air, excess moisture, irregular or extreme temperatures, or environmental conditions.
–Discoloration caused by prolonged sunlight exposure.
–Normal wear and tear over time.
–Damage caused by fire, flood, wind, rain, lightning, or other natural events.
–Incidental or consequential damages, including related costs or expenses.
–Liquidated, clearance, or discontinued items.
–Shipping charges.
